Shipping Region and Charges
Domestic Shipment (Malaysia): We do ship across Malaysia. Shipping charges may vary due to delivery location. The shipping fees will be shown at the checkout.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed within 1-2 days. You will receive your order tracking number the next day once order is placed.
Delivery Timeframe
Domestic Shipment (Malaysia): You will receive your order within 3-7 business days depending on delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email for you to track your order’s journey.

Address and Details Changes
In case of address or order details changes, please do contact our customer service team within 24 hours of your order placing.
Failed Delivery Attempt and Returned Parcel
If your parcel is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to us. Please contact our customer service to arrange for reship. Additional shipping charges will be imposing due to failed delivery attempt.
