If you are not satisfied with your purchases, we gladly accept returns within 7 days upon order receival for a full refund or an exchange. Please read our return policy to ensure smooth and hassle-free return process.
Terms
- Customer that receives damaged or defective items is allowed to request for either refund or exchange to other items.
- Customer that receives items in good condition is only allowed to exchange to other items if not satisfied with the current purchase.
Fair Use Policy
- We reserve the right to reject return requests if it does not meet our return eligibility and the items will be sent back to sender.
- We reserve the right to monitor and suspend any further purchases with suspicious return activity.
Eligibility for Returns
The items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition as you received it
- Tags, labels, and packaging still intact and in original condition
- Items are not in non-returnable category.
- Within 7 days upon receival.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during sales or with promo vouchers.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Must be report within 48 hours upon receival of the item.
- Fill in the defect report form below and submit to customer service team at customerservice.justseni@gmail.com.
- We will assign report ID number to you via email for you to declare in the return request form for return process.
